As someone who has always believed that to truly understand any business, you need to spend proper time in the trenches. I have worked as an estate agent, sales manager, team leader, principal, owner, trainer, franchisee, franchisor and tea maker during my time. I partnered up with Berry Everitt and joined Chas Everitt as we moved into the franchising arena after serving as the CEO of another national real estate group. I have played a part in taking the group from a strong Johannesburg player to a national home-grown family brand operating across all sectors of the residential property market. I'm still closely involved in the operational side and growth of the group, as well as consulting with the key operations across the brand.
